Last year Burts Bees where doing £20 mystery 'grab bags' which i picked up and mention in this post here I was introduced to some fantastic Burts Bees products and they have now remained one of my firm favourites, so when they advertised the grab bags this year i was sure to get another one.

Sadly it did disappoint  yes i've got some great products here but i wished i got more things i'd actually use - to me when i think of Burts Bees i think of one of there main products being the honey and beeswax moisturizers, sadly i didn't get any body creams. Its still a good deal and i got over the value of the £20 i paid, heres what i did get. The picks of the bunch where the Hand Salve and the Bath Salts (both over £20 anyway!)

As i've read over and over again Google are making some changes including getting rid of the reader. Now i'm not sure if this includes the GFC? I personally read all my favourite blogs through the blogger interface so i'm not sure if this will make a difference to that. To be prepared i'm connected to a few other blogger websites where you can follow me. The most popular seems to be BlogLovin personally i don't like the interface of this as much and i prefer to read blogs using HelloCotton. Regardless i'm on both, and i'm going to start adding all the blogs i read now onto these also.

The mask applies as a white clay for 10 minutes and then washed off with warm water. Its quite pleasant to wear, doesn't feel like a heavy mud mask i tend to clean mine off with a warm muslin cloth.
Afterwards my skin feels clear, if you had dry skin i would be careful about  choosing to use this mask. Overall i've been enjoying using this product i can't say if its working as i only tend to use it occasionally when i feel my skin needs it but you can use it once or twice a week.
If i'm honest this mask seems pretty similar to a REN skincare detox mask i've also being using but DrJart is much affordable option that does the job just as well.

I've owned this foundation for around 2 weeks now wearing it almost everyday, it was certainly worth reviewing my thoughts on.
Since i first started wearing makeup and choosing my first ever foundation many many years ago. It was a high end one influenced by my mum i went to the Estee Lauder counter and i came home with the Double Wear foundation which i bought over and over again since. I don't want to some snobby but i've never tried a high street foundation until now i've just always had in my head they would never compare. I've been mostly using BB creams as make up recently and only wearing foundation when i could really do with more coverage.
So after selling out to Emma Stone on the Revlon advert i decided to purchase the Nearly Naked foundation in Shell as this seemed the lightest shade to match my pale skin. I figured it wasn't expensive so i wouldn't be too disappointed if it was't amazing.
But it was! It provides a medium to light coverage that really does leave your skin looking more natural but with a luminous finish.

So the negative i know a few reviews have mentioned this too but it really is a annoying part for me is the fact there is no pump (kinda similar to Estee Lauder double wear then!). I can get over it but it does make application messy, i have already dropped this on my carpet with the contents going all over.. and i do think i'm using more product than i actually need to by having to pour it out. Other than that i'm really in love with this foundation at the minute!

Not alot this month, really i have lots of things i need to use up so i've being behaving and not purchasing so much and sticking to a routine.
The most outstanding product from this month is the new Revlon nearly naked foundation - i'm going to blog a full review shortly of how much i love this. I normally just stick to my BB creams latley and havn't used my foundations mainly because i'm quite happy with not being so heavy on makeup but this Revlon foundation is perfect it gives a natural dewy finish.
Latley i've been making the effort to prime before adding make up, at first i tried out  Benefits porefessional and Collection 2000's primed and ready, i decided i didn't like these at all the texture was just too un natural on my skin but then i've tried out Clarins Beauty Flash Balm as a primer which i adore and it smells delightful, gives my skin an instant refresh and helps my makeup stay in place all day. To finish my makeup routine i've also being spritzing Vichy's Thermal Spa Water, which i received in Birchbox. I was a little sceptical of this as the ingredients just simple state 'aqua' which isn't that just water? never the less its a nice feeling to set my makeup but its not something i'd repurchase.
Speaking of Birchbox another favourite received from them is the Fresh Sugar Rose Lip Balm, although it looks a bright red it just add a hint of colour while nourishing the lips.
Finally my last favourite is from REN Rose Bath Oil. I love my baths, its how i relax and de stress on an evening and this oil not only makes the water smell delightful it feels almost like a treatment as it fills the whole bathroom of its loverly aroma.
